What are LTT fastening plates?
LTT fastening plates are plates equipped with stud anchors that are installed in the concrete before it hardens.
What are LTT fastening plates used for?
LTT fastening plates are intended as a welding base for steel profiles, especially in applications where a long or site-specific mounting plate is required.
How do LTT fastening plates work?
LTT welded plates transfer loads from the welded steel structure to the concrete structure through their anchorages.
Where are they used?
They are used in steel structures, concrete elements and machine foundations.
LTT’s materials and dimensions
- Structural steel S355J2
- Stainless steel 1.4301
- Stainless steel 1.4301 with stainless anchors
The plate thickness is 15–20 mm and the plates are always manufactured to order in the desired length. The anchors are made of round steel in grade S355J2 or rebars in grade B500B.
How is it manufactured?
Manufactured using MAG welding in an EN1090 certified workshop and traceable through markings on the surface of the plate.
